Entering prison, I needed to reconnect to God, and KNOWING BETTER was such a powerful, faith-engaging book for me that I shared it with some fellow inmates in a small group setting. It went so well I ended up taking additional groups through it - about 40 guys total.
KNOWING BETTER meets people where they are in their faith development. It doesn't belittle individuals who are on the front end of the journey and it keeps everyone interested. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Author, Jennifer Winquist, grew up going to church "religiously" and even met her husband there when they were just toddlers. They have been married for over 40 years and have two amazing kids who are married to two of the best people on the planet. They immensely enjoy hanging out with them and their six grandkids. Jenn is an avid reader, loves playing cribbage with her hubby, sharing and hearing God stories, and thinks she could win an eating contest of chips & salsa.
